Triple Die On A Coin Possible?

I don't think this is Doubled or Tripled Die.
(Yes, there are such coins as Tripled Die)
Your secondary areas are not the same size or shape as the prominent lettering.
There is some issue here with either old worn dies or some kind of Mechanical Doubling.

This is heavy Die Deterioration, not a Doubled Die.
