1964 Proof Jefferson Nickel Tdr?

Hi All,
Can you help me determine if this is a TDR? I matched a cpl pics with NGC'S Variety plus....I think?

Looks more like a DDR, not a TDR.
Many listing for that year/mint. But look at the listings for the proof nickels. Note the listing numbers:
1964 DDR-036
This one is a Proof Nickel. Note the 'PR' on the description? (red color added by me)

This one is a business strike nickel (non proof)
1964 DDR-037

Note on the last listing, it starts with the die number, not with the PR--/u]
Beings your coin is a proof, you don't need to check those, just the ones with the [u]'PR'
designation. (Looks like many of these are proofs)
