It's called an OMM and there is a D over S but not S over D.

Can you use an arrow on the image to point to exactly what you're seeing?

Even with it cleaned up a little, I'm not sure it would do much good. Way too much circulation and damage. Sometimes you can try to use the mm location against the listings to match and luck up and find a marker too. Sometimes it's just too far gone to try, you would just possibly be guessing.
If you really want to try though, it needs all the gunk removed from around it and inside the mm.

Clean it up and it's worth a few cents. Don't touch it and its worth a few cents. Your call.

The location of the mintmark is usually the disqualifier. But there is a S over D on 1946-S cent: Click on the images to see it larger.
