Tough to tell from the photos, but my guess would be MS62. It could grade lower, but 62 is the highest I can see it getting.
There seems to be a lot of chatter on the obverse and not a lot of marks on the reverse. Not sure what is going on by the 11th and 12th star on the obverse, could be rubbed or scratched. That would earn it the details grade.

I looked under my loupe and and I dont think I know the correct term(die scratch?) but they appear to be that, and are not scratches on the coin if you're referring to the stars on the left to the E

The spot that I was referring to is above the second star to the right of the date. The pictures show a difference in surface quality.

Also, the "scratch" by the E on the obverse is called a die crack.

Thanks. Oh yes, that looks different in person too. 0Like the size of a small sticker. Under strong magnification its not a scratch but it is definitely different tone

Looks like a classic AU slider: AU-58.

Looks like a prime example for MS62. Too many scratches for 63 imo.

typically we see strong strikes for this year. the breast is a little concave based on the photo and the hair around the ear is not fully developed. the scratch from K8-K9 obverse looks like a die crack. there are multiple scratches across the cheek and scuffs/abrasions on obverse right side. a little too much light but on the reverse it looks like some scratches across the arrow points and area above that. I think the coin is UNC. really close to MS63 so i'll put it in the MS62 box but I think it could pull the 63

Tough call from these images. Could be MS62 or AU58.

MS61 could go AU even if any wear points show under light while rotating it in hand.
