No not red, actually, brown. Worth grading? No, unless it means something special to you.

Certainly not red, unsure why you might think it is. Does your pic actually look like your coin?

The grade "red" means the cent looks like it came straight out of the mint, no tarnish or other color. Bright red copper color. What you have here is inviormental coloring. You will see a lot of this color of cents the older they are. I've toyed with the idea of trying to put a set of red or I call them maroon color cents together.
