My penny looks like a dent on the Lincoln memorial side and my penny feels very light I don't have scales at this moment but I know it feels pretty light compared to others on the Lincoln head side I see marks lines and it shines funny it looks like it's bent in away I took the best pics I could. What do you think is going on?
Not an error coin. Those marks on the Obverse look like fingerprints . On the Reverse it is what is called "Indirect Die Transfer" aka ghosting. Would really need a weight to two decimal points in grams to tell if it is light or not. Don't forget that is a zincoin which is lighter than an all copper coin.
Progressive Indirect Design Transfer. (PIDT) is the correct answer. True the finger prints are all over the obverse, but probably the coin was looked at several times and the prints were left behind.
