It is a King George III UK coin but with only showing one side, that is all I can tell you.

I think the OP is asking if this is Regal or Non-Regal

Looks like a die pair with denticles partially struck this too. I don't see any denticles on the first strike though?

Looks like a contemporary counterfeit of a 1775 halfpenny to me.

Thanks for all your input, if it's a counterfeit I'm guessing it has no value?

to CCF! There are plenty of collectors of contemporary counterfeits of this type, and they often actually pay money for them. Lots of coverage here: http://goccf.com/t/380741And also use the search window at the upper left of most CCF pages. Good stuff...nice example! of a seldom-seen strike anomaly too!

I should have added: Copying them from your "Uploaded Images," you can post your pics to that forum I linked to above. The thread's subscribers will then get an e-mail alert and provide all sorts of info about your piece. Many of them are specialists in this sort of exonumia.
Access your images by clicking on your userID above. Then it's just a matter of copying and pasting into your new post on the other forum.
Let us know what you find out!
