Bit generous with VF there. I've always felt PCGS to be a bit generous on the Details grades. Report this Post to the Staff

I had a similarly scratched 1795 cent that came back VF details from ANACS. A dealer spotted the scratch with a loupe and advised sending it in. I missed it.
