I'll say EF details (cleaned).

I'm right between XF and AU, I'll say PCGS called it AU Details Cleaned. They tend to be more lenient on those Details designation for whatever reason.

I had originally graded it as VF30-35 straight but here is what PCGS graded it as. I am not sure what or where the scratch is they see?

I don't even see the scratch they're referring to, must be noticeable at a different angle. I had questioned a Details grade for cleaning unless they gave it the wrong Details code.

Perplexed about the scratch. Yes I think they gave it the wrong code. Quality control not too good over there.

Might not be a bad idea to reach out to PCGS just to double check. If there truly is no visible "scratch" enough to details, they could have goofed, especially considering one other coin you had in the sub was also a Details Scratch.

I agree with them on this one. I see several small scratches as opposed to one ling one as usual when they list scratch. Cleaned is more likely than scratched though.
EF45 as to grade.

should be in its proper holder so I would contact them about it. I think it would still pull a details designation but like stated above maybe the angle is hiding a scratch but there is nothing here we can see that would cause that designation
