I had graded this as an F-12, here is what PCGS thinks.

This one I can make out the scratch! Not super distracting, but does look like a more recent scratch. Bit generous with VF there. I've always felt PCGS to be a bit generous on the Details grades.

That is a nasty obverse pinscratch that looks intentional. F-12 seems fair.
I had a similarly scratched 1795 cent that came back VF details from ANACS. A dealer spotted the scratch with a loupe and advised sending it in. I missed it.

A little surprised the coin was detailed for that. I'd have called it F-12, problem-free.
