First Washington Crossing the Delaware quarter that I've found in my area, weirdly, and as luck would have it, a decent error on the reverse. Having a hard time telling if it's a strike through or a lam, but I'm leaning lam because it seems to be following a grain pattern that isn't really consistent with most strike throughs.

Looks like Feeder Finger Damage. Note there more involved than just that area. I'm on my tablet now, so access to my images is limited. I'll add more information later.

Added:
They are just opposite the Feeder Finger Damage. But something was on the die like grease that prevented the strike on those areas:

In the roll I found two of these. But the rest were normal. So what ever got on the die, prevented the strike and then flattened out and spread around. How many did you find in your roll?

Some have asked about my images I use and I'm glad to say, you can now you can see the DVD in sections on youtube:

Pretty substantial anomaly. I was thinking the same as Coop, but it doesn't seem sharp and crisp like most feeder finger scrapes I've come across. Almost too "lumpy". I wonder if "gritty grease" might have affected the design or strike?

Also, is there something irregular about his hand holding the eyepiece? Hard to make out any detail on the hand.

@coop it looks like a great match for the image you posted. The roll I found it in was circulated, so this was the only 2021 I found, let alone with this anomaly
