Wow this is a very clean proof franklin. Based on the photos I would think you have an easy PF67 and would not be surprised if it went PF68.

As a proof coin, FBL's would be expected...and FBL is not a designation that is given by the TPG's.

Beautiful coin and good pics. These are as tough as nails to photograph.

Awesome proof Franklin and I am jealous, I do not have that date yet One thing that concerns me is that it appears that there might be some fine horizontal lines across the bust and bell, possible album slide marks? It could also be photographic artifacts because I see nothing at all wrong with the fields. There is a slight amount of spotting on both sides with a small finger smudge under the bell. With that said, this coin is a lock as a cameo and has deep cameo aspirations.

If there are no fine hairlines present on the main devices then that one would be a good candidate for grading. I see it as a 66/67CAM and if it went DCAM, then you hit the jackpot

Although Biokemist's concerns seems worth checking, this coin looks PF67 or better. You seem to have made a fine deal, possibly a tremendous one if it makes Deep Cam (DCAM PF67 by PCGS is listed at $1800). Great pick-up. And regardless of grade, a great coin to enjoy.
