To repeat what others have said, that is a Large Date
with a value of 1 cent.
If you want info on how to tell the difference, use the search forum at the top of the left side column.
There is plenty of information there as this is one of the most asked questions on any forum.

On the large date Penney the tops of the 9,and the 8 will be higher than the 1 and 2. An the small date which is the one I have here the tops of all the numbers are alined with each other and the bottoms of the 1,8,2 are in line with each other the large date normal zinc Penneys weigh 2.5 grams the small date copper penny weighs between 2.98 and 3.24 grams. An mine here is 3.1 grams

Unfortunately, this is a large date. It's worth a couple cents because it's copper. Keep hunting!

Probably a mint work took one or more examples, and had them miss matched to create one. (mint assisted error) Other wise there would be several examples. That just didn't happen.

Don't know where you got this info from but that is not the way to distinguish between Large and Small Dates
