I don't have a strong magnifying glass so I can't tell what it is, but "IN" appears to look different.

It appears that there is a Die Chip between the letters.
Not really an error, just part of the minting process

Photo is a tad dark, but I believe I'm seeing a die chip (or a piece of hard crud between I and N).
