What type of die error do you believe this is? A vertical over a horizontal D error or just a normal DD error?

@rke, first can you please add the date of this coin to the title of the thread? Thx. For the mintmark, are you sure that this is a RPM and not just a well-placed ding in the upper left corner?

The top upper serif is showing damage to the mintmark.
