2021-(W) Type 2 American Silver Eagle Bullion .
are they all burnished ,
the reason I'm asking I was talking with a shop dealer and he said no they were not.

What is the question here?

Oh I see - the dealer is correct. The no mint mark ASEs are just bullion and the collectible uncirculated version from the Mint is the burnished version.

The ASE burnished/uncirculated finishes can get confusing.
From the start (1986) the non-proof ASE's were bullion coins, then in 2006 KI believe the mint started with an uncirculated version from West Point Mint. From then on you can find both burnished and bullion coins in addition to the Proof coins

Somebody, please correct me if I am mistaken on this.

Dearborn, I believe the " W " Minted version started in 2000. Correct me If I Too am Wrong..... EDITED to say, BURNISHED finish or another version of UNC Was started in 2006, LOVE my UNC'S....

My favorite finish is the UNCIRCULATED versions. They are Usually the Lower minted Version and Highly sought after, in Older Other Types, ASE,MORGANS, Peace dollars etc. I believe there are 2 versions OTHER than the Type 2 UNC IN 2021, these type 2's also, ( I really do NOT like that term ). THE S Minted PROOFS and the W minted PROOFS. PS, Lest We forget the REVERSE PROOF Too. All 3 are Type 2's Also.
