Wow, I have not looked into clipped coins at all, is this some kind of clip or a planchette error? Idk how this could even happen during the minting process lol very cool.

Edit:didn't realize but congratulations on the huge upcoming milestone SPP-Ottawa.

That's interesting. I have a 1974 cent that matches that one at 3 o'clock. I just figured it was a poor alloy mix and it blew apart during striking.
