Hello all, just got, its in great condition however I'm not sure if it was a proof or just MS. Also, the doubling on all the letters, Longacre doubling I believe, is crazy visible. (just learned about this doubling recently)

what do you all think, what grade would you think this coin is. Thank You

The diamonds in the ribbon have obviously been tooled.

Looks like an altered regular non proof. Tooled and artificially colored.

Are you talking about "tooled" as in PMD? Longacre doubling is not the same as tooled.
