Would anyone that has access to the Krause Numismaster online price guide be willing to share access to a fellow coin community member? I'm wanting to look up some prices of some world coins, but don't want to be seen carrying a large coin book into the library to use the "reference only" price guide.

Also, I can't justify spending the $8 for a month subscription (yeah, I know it's still not that much) when I only want to look up a couple pages of coins.

Thanks

Mike

I don't think it'd be in the interest of any of our members to give out account information regardless of what the good intentions might be. Most of the members on here and fellow moderators are dear friends of mine now...but I still wouldn't ever loan em the keys to my car

I suggest you invest in a Krause book. It's well worth it to have the information readily available. There are several places you can find it online for far cheaper then at a normal book store. Also some of our members sometimes sell older versions which can keep down the cost

I didn't think anyone would but I just thought I would toss it out there anyways. What's the normal cost of the world coin book. I need one that has them back to the 1800s.

Just post what coins you have there and some members can give you a better idea. Krause isn't too well updated on some of the prices or alternatively you can check on ebay to have a rough idea.

Regularly updated at least once a month.

We've looked up information for lots of coins.. just post the info if you can't get the books right away and we can help out. The Krause books run by century - so if you need back to 1880's you'd need the 1801-1900, 1901-2000, and 2001-Present if you need the most recent.

There are alternatives:
You could make a list of your collection and go to the local library. They usually have all Krause's in the reference section.
If they are US only, PCGS has a site that gives prices - high but gives you the ball park.
OR better yet.
Post pics here - so we can enjoy them as well and you get the results
It's a WIN WIN!
