John, yes it's a part of a master sheet of 16 notes (4 by 4 notes), the BEP also sells in 8, 16 and I believe 32. After the notes are printed they are stacked as full sheets on top of each other so 577 is above 578 which is above 579. Hence when cut all 100 notes are in sequential order.
