MisterT Pillar of the Community United States 2018 Posts	Posted 03/27/2022 12:19 pm Always have to be careful with these raw since they were and are heavily counterfeited. That said, this one appears to be a type 2 obverse and a type 2 reverse which is one good sign. I don't see any pimples on the devices or fields which is another good sign. Looks like the obverse rim may have been filed to see if it exposed a counterfeit base metal like brass or for silver testing. I would ask the seller for an accurate weight before taking the chance.
