All we can say is that, if it's fake, it's not a fake that is so bad that we can tell it's fake just by looking at the pictures.
It might be genuine. It might be a higher-quality fake. Or it might be a poor fake with poor and/or deceptive photography.
Frankly, with the number of high-quality fakes of Chinese dollars around these days, I'd stay away from eBay, and stay away from any seller of these coins who isn't a specialist in these coins and gives an ironclad return guarantee.
