I have a Mexico 5 centavos Chihuahua GB-34 coin shown below that came back from NGC as MS64 after conservation, but I cannot find any price guide for these Mexico revolutionary coins. NGC shows them in their price guide but on KM-xx numbers and they claim they don't use those anymore (which I find absurd). Anyone know where I can go to price this piece?

@zor, first welcome to CCF. Second, I'm not sure how much of a market there is for these as it is outside my area of collecting, but have you tried looking at eBay filtering for prices sold?

IMHO someone would have to be off their rocker to try to collect Chihuahua five centavos by variety. That being said Guthrie Bothamley (GB) from 1976 is the most referenced guide and prices this coin at $4 in unc. If one is really interested Mexico Revolutionary coins, you need Carlos Amaya's "Tricolor Compendium of Mexican Revolutionary Coinage." Mine is a pueba picked up about 15 years ago. In this 21st century book, the coin is priced at $10 in EF.

Thanks, but I seriously doubt the price from 1976 is valid today. What I do not understand is why NGC has dropped the KM catalog numbers for this series. Makes no sense to me. What happens to all the slabs out there with KM numbers and no GB?

The KM listings are very general and totally miss reality. For a KM number there are maybe five GB numbers and 10 Amaya numbers. I paid $12 for an unc GB 34 about 10 years ago.
