1992 D Lincoln. Maybe Machine Doubling? It Looks Strange To Me And It's On Both Sides

The reverse letters look like split plate doubling to me, and the D on the obverse looks like a DDD.

Reverse issue looks like DDD to me.

More of a split plating issue. The damage to the zinc is already starting to count down on the future life of these coins. If you see this on a variety coin, you will regret buying that coin in the future. The countdown clock is already counting down.
