So what I can gather watching BOC and BOE videos on production of our poly notes, start with a clear poly a white ink is applied except for the security window, then the security strip is added, then the colour raised ink printing. The questions are do anyone knows who made the security strip and if it is glued on ?

The holographic Kinegram strips or patches made by Kurz are glued or hot stamped onto polymer sheets. The strips or patches are used with Guardian polymer substrate. The examples are polymer notes issued in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, England and Costa Rica (https://www.kurz-banknotes.com/references/).

Yes thanks for info,I sort of remember reading somewhere an Austria company was involved in the security strips of our notes but just could not recall the company, Kinegram Zero Zero strip over window. Almost nothing is Canadian about our poly notes except the theme

Here's a video that the BoC did in 2017 for the production of their Commemorative Ten:

Thanks to all for the info, the security patch is heat applied as part of the Kurz process and the single lasered quality control system seems to be part of the Aussie Guardian process. I will post one of the best poly error in the near future and this post will become obvious.
