You are joking, right?

If the 72 is anything like this, I can save you some time and effort.

Not 001 and not a doubled die. Seems like you are struggling a bit. Maybe time to start at the beginning again.http://www.error-ref.com/

Here is what that DDO-001 looks like:

Quote:
Description: Strong spread on LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, and date.

Note the Description on the site quoted above and then look at the images at each set of images.

Note the centers of the devices for Note the spread on this DDO.
Now look back at your coin? Can you see the differences now?

Agree with John, time to get back to the basics and familiarize yourself with some resources like Variety Vista. You should always have a reference site up to check against while you hunt.

all of the 71s are very noticeable. You would not need much magnification to see them.

Variety Vista it is a reference in some how's?!!!?
It is not the stone. Has some lacks . Have many missing also. I will go with?!!? The answer is NO.
I will look, analyze and after I take conclusions.
You has to understand that what you see on-line is just references and not really the reality.

On the forums you has different opinions, which brink you to the reality, if you can discern well. This is hard.

The Web Sites give you references how to look and is point there. Do you will be able to see? My answer will be NO.

So be diligent and achieve and discern all the information's. VV is good start for old coins (pennies) before 1968 and not after.

Hope you discern.
