1999 Lincoln Cent rev with some die chips, but area between the D and S in United States looks like a raised "U"? What am I looking at. Thanks in advance.

Look like plating bubbles.
Eventually they will break and zinc rot will set in.

Nothing to back up my theory but looks like the "U" from TRUST. Maybe a Radical Mad Die Clash?
