Frankly I thought that this coin had very attractive surfaces and was nice overall but for the rim issues. I was therefore surprised to see the comments that it looked like it had been cleaned. Can you clarify what you are seeing that indicates cleaning? After all these years I still seem to struggle to see those indications. Still learning every day.
I looked at many other coins at similar grades and those seem to have the white, washed out cleaned look. This one seemed so much nicer in terms of its surfaces than many others I looked at.
As an example for comparison, here is an NGC
VF25 example in a straight holder that looks comically cleaned to me. The coin in this thread seems so much nicer in appearance. If you click on the image below it enlarges it.
