On the obverse we see some doubling. Machine Doubling I suspect?

But then, on the reverse of the same coins there are also additional incuse lines along all of the features. What caused this and how would you call it?

Or at least guess. The first 4 pics look like MD to me too. As for the incuse lines on the reverse, that's sure puzzling. It might have something to do with making the die.

Nothing except my old Korean camera I don't have tripods, lighting rigs.. though the coin is in an 2x2 and that may be why I couldn't get clearer pictures..

So has nobody seen something similar to this?

Yes, it does - on the reverse it goes to the lower-left, while on the obverse to the upper-right.
