I could see on a bad day ICCS giving it VF-35 possibly but I think the level of wear I observe on the obverse deserves EF-40. Reverse looks 40-45 to me. Send it down to PCGS and they might even give it AU. lol. (that was a joke, don't do that. :) ) Report this Post to the Staff
