That coin is one of my all time faves.
@Okiecoiner's point about the obv/rev is well taken - the rev is superior to the obv. Which is surprising for that coin. That one has a nice, strong strike on the reverse - a great many of them do not: I've seen AUs where the N in CENTS is barely visible.
In terms of grade I would put the obv at EF-40 range. All the knots in the braid are clear and almost all of the detail in the eye is there as well; there's a partial split in some of the laurel leaves although some are worn flat. Rims and surfaces are also stellar. Rev might go EF-45. It might be the photo but I'm not seeing any lustre which precludes AU in my books.
Nevertheless, in terms of eye appeal that one is head-and-shoulders above many that are circulating.
