By US standards I'd say XF. By Canadian standards maybe only VF.

I think EF-40 is about right as well. I could see on a bad day ICCS giving it VF-35 possibly but I think the level of wear I observe on the obverse deserves EF-40. Reverse looks 40-45 to me. Send it down to PCGS and they might even give it AU. lol. (that was a joke, don't do that. :) )

I think ICCS would assign something in the range of EF40 to EF45. Nice coin!

I'm thinking EF as well, unless there is something hidden by light/something else where ICCS net grades and goes to a 20 or 30.
