So this person in Moracco lists items he does not own...Utilizing photos from past listings and current listings he finds on eBay. EBay has been alerted but they seem slow on dealing with this listings practice of his. Perhaps he might be added to a fraud coin listing list? They are not fake coins, just coins he does not own and he will just take peoples money and send them nothing. https://www.ebay.com/sch/meezz-1/m....o&tmp=no

Looks like you need to be watermarking your photos @lks as this seller is just lifting them from your previous sales.

For eBay to remove these listings, there would have to be proof that the photos were stolen. Is there any way that a link to the original listings can be provided.

Provide the listing numbers in pairs. One for a current listing by meezz-1, one for a listing by another seller.
If you do that, the listings by meezz-1 will be removed.
This seller has (0) feedback and has never sold anything yet.

nss-52: This is interesting: He copied the seller info of the lexan group as HTML: So there are two seller info's. Of course the title of the auction is bizarre so he might not exactly know what he is pasting in English. Depends on what computer you are on if you can see this on the left of the description. But on a phone, if you click on "see full description: the only seller you see is the original and it actually clicks through to that seller. https://www.ebay.com/itm/385257873352

Some of the opening bids are $1. It is almost, and I repeat almost, worth it to bid to see what the seller does if you win. Then eBay could take action. Every seller starts with 0 feedback and there is a Casa Blanca in Arizona. However using others images is all you need to know about this one!

Your best bet is to call eBay +1 866-540-3229. Though it can sometimes be difficult to get through the maze of automated "press 1" "press 2" and some options may dead end with recorded info, there are real live above-average customer service reps available if you pick the right option. Have the corresponding item numbers at hand.

Kushanshah;
Did all of that yesterday. And one of my customers I asked to flag the listings told me he called as well as he has like 20 thousand feedback and I only have just over 10 thousand and he thought it might help. They have all they need. But 19 million sellers, 150 million users, 100 Billion in transactions and 10 billion in revenue and the whole thing often works like moving an ocean liner and it makes blunt lumbering movements. Anyway I can tell they are working on this because since last night every message I try to send anyone says error try again later. The computer is doing something and hopefully a person can take care of this like you suggest, but it is like trying to tell the government you are not dead sometimes once they declare you. So many levels and levers and algorithms that anything can happen. I hope the thing does not pull all of his listings and all of mine as well for no apparent reason.

Your complaint will have to go up the chain to "Trust and Safety" which may take some time, especially on a holiday weekend. As a seller for more than 20 years, I have been impressed with the quality of eBay's customer service reps. That said, as with many eBay users, it's a "love/hate" relationship overall.
