This look to me there is doubling in liberty. Couple letters the I , R and so on .
Can't get my hands from moving when tapping photos.
What of the three errors might this be?

Too much glare. Try using a delay timer.

they look normal to me. The devices are tapered (for ease of removal from the dies). What you see is the top corner of the device and again another corner where the device returns back to the field.

I am not seeing errors. I agree with Dearborn that these appear to be normal looking examples. I also agree with John1, you are fighting glare issues. Research "defused lighting" for suggestions to deal with glare.
