So I was looking at Lincoln's ear I think there is doubling and looks like the date also . But when go and check wexler and variety v dose it have to be the exact thing in your coin for that year?

There is no doubled ear listed for the 1984 D. It looks like yours is misplaced metal but cannot tell for sure with these pics. You need to get us a clearer pic of the date/mm.

I rotated and cleaned up your date pic, somewhat and do not see any doubling here either.

Thanks for the extra pic but no doubling that I can see. Most of your 84's both P and D, you want to pay attention to the date. You will know if you find an 84P with the doubled ear though.
