These are sellers photos. They labeled it as an off center penny, with a 40% brockage on a broadstruck off center. Is this label correct, and how much are these errors worth? I can't find anything on them.

Maybe wrong, but I'm thinking the reverse seems to be a Centered Broad-Strike. The obverse would be the same, except it includes a Partial Indent or struck through Error. Thanks, Doug.

Value is whatever you feel it's worth. I might consider a few dollars and no more.

The coin is not off center, it is broadstruck. They mean "uncentered" broadstrike, which seems reasonable. As for whether it is an indent or partial brockage, that is hard to tell from the photos. An indent is struck through an unstruck planchet or blank so shows no details in that area, while a brockage is usually struck through an already struck coin and leaves an impression of the details from that coin in that area. Would need a more clear image of the struck through area to really say one way or the other even though it does look like something is going on there.

It looks off-center strike with indent to me.

I was asked for my opinion, but it's not necessary as tropicalbats said everything that needed to be said.
