I searched for rpm's for this year on vv and there 's only one, not this one. However this one has extra metal or a Cud on the S mint

The mm might have a small chip in the upper curve. Not seeing any doubling.

Yes on the mint mark die chip. Cuds--as defined within the numismatic arena--are associated with the rims of coins.
