What reference site,I am not seeing it as a DDO.

I don't believe that is DDO-016. Looking at the listing for #16, it seems that 'split serif' is not actually related to the DDO. The description makes no note of it and there are no arrows in the image pointing to it, it only points to the slight doubling on the left side.

Looking at some of the other listed DDOs, it appears that they all have that same serif next to the T. I think it's some hub issue rather than a DDO.

To me seem not to have here an 1942 DDO. The reference to DDO-016 do not match. The Hub split in the T must be more close and lower then you have. Then in all the T is doubled left, and accompanied by the date, LIBERTY and IGWT. Your IGWT show more an Strike Doubling then a DDO. This it is my opinion. I check all my DDO 42 and no one fit with your coin and when the T hub Doubling was present the Reverse left wing has a Die Crack running till down from under U in United.
