These newer error coins for now are not very popular among most collectors. But apparently the 21's aren't lone ducks. This is also happening to the 2018. I know I know they are only worth face value. And not valuable.
Not exactly what you are asking, but spike head cents go way back I've seen them on 1940's and '50's all the way up through current years. Which is why they may not be that collectable. They are as common as die cracks on the reverse of the Memorial cent coins or common die chips.
