Agreed those photos make it difficult to judge the coin.

From what little I can see, this appears to be a beat up and well circulated example of a common date Peace dollar - perhaps cleaned as well.

It does not carry a numismatic premium above silver melt value - which is $18.33 at todays silver price.

Cull, worn circulated Morgan and Peace dollars can carry a bit higher premium than melt. Those who stack silver sometimes pay above spot for them, higher than for junk silver halves, quarters, dimes.
