Hello, everyone.

Is this a misplaced low mintmark?
And how much this can be worth?
This is the best photo I can make.

Many thanks.

Your's lower than usual but I'm not sure if "LOW" MM coins have any additional value.

It is worth 5 cents. It is within the accepted area.
Don't forget these were handpunched so they can be anywhere
within the area right of the coat and below the date.

It is in the target area. So it is just normal. (Mintmarks are hand punched into the dies until 1990. So they can vary in locations. On the 1990 dies forwards the mintmarks will be on the dies. (well most of the time. Some exceptions of that rule)

That is low. The only mm placement I can think of that has a premium is the 1975 D hi mint mark.
