Not in great condition - but these particular coins are relatively scarce.

Italian coin designs of this period are beautiful, though this one with the bald dome of Victor Emmanuel is not as attractive as some of the other coins. Also interesting is the change in denomination and coin size - a 5 Lire coin started out as a larger, crown sized coin but this one has the same dimensions as a 1 Lira from the WWI era, at 5 grams and 23 mm:
