I need a New Avatar!
RULES: 1. Post a picture of my future avatar 2. I'll pick the best one and display it proudly 3. It cannot be a coin I own 4. It cannot be a US coin 5. Post only One side of the coin 6. Three separate Posts Per Member (Members with 50 posts Please) 7. Please try to post the image and not a link 8. Mods can Play too (But I don't think they are gonna win)
HELPFUL HINTS: 1. I love any and all foreign coins 2. I'm a WWII buff...most of the time 3. I like new and shiny but also bizarre and obscure 4. By all accounts...I'm clinically insane 5. Extra points if you buy me the coin
THE PRIZE: Well besides my sincere gratitude I'll find somethin really cool from my extra coin stash

Great contest. Thanks. I am going with helpful hit Number 3. I like new and shiny but also bizarre and obscure.

As a little side note, Australia post issued a red back spider stamp to coincide with one of the red back spider coin issues. It was so realistic, they had to be discontinued as people were scared of them.

Quote: Don't know if Susan can work her magic on that one or not. But notice that the actual image part of the full scan is the perfect avatar size! Of course, it violates rule #4 and, very possibly, rule #3 as well!
