Just going through a box I got from my local CU last week and spotted something odd on the reverse of this 1989. In the bay just to the left of Abe is a small "leaning", raised sumthin? Also, above the right vase, where it should just be a mirror image of the area above the left vase it almost looks like the section is reversed? Checked on CCs and VV to no avail. Any insight appreciated!
Use a toothpick to see if the area on the bay is a bubble. It is gives it is just an air bubble under the plating. The mark on the right looks like a coin contact mark. It is incuse into the coin and just a damaged area. If the bubble gives with pressure, then it is a spender.
