Just wondering how to refer to whatever is going at the top and bottom within the columns. Also if there were no hand punched MM's after '90, if you were to see what appears to be one like on this coin does that indicate the entire obverse could be doubled or just specific areas? Thanks

Split plaiting and zinc rot setting in on the coin. Just spenders. someday it will all go away.
