I believe it is a die line Tacc. Based on the feature being raised and the area around the mouth appears to be polished. Here are two pics shifting the light to create shadows.

Likely a linear plating bubble--not 100% certain. Many plating bubble features can be 'collapsed' with a toothpick, some cannot.

If there is any hint of gray, it could be a split plating issue. If it gives with pressure, it a gas bubble.
