There's an indent on the collar of his shirt and I don't know what it is but it looks off as well as the reverse. Posted another coin to compare.

Yes, those two diagonal "cuts" are part of the coat's lapel.

I agree with Coinfrog and Dearborn...button holes. I've gotten taken by those 2 marks as well.

I think he bottom one is a button hole, while the top slash is part of the lapel's outline.

I think you're talking about the divot above and to the left of the bowtie and following up the neckline. I think that might be a small strike thru .

The line on the reverse after the S of PLURIBUS is Feeder Finger Damage to the reverse die.

I had the coin graded because I wanted to know what happened to it. PCGS graded and slabbed it but I still don't know what is wrong with it.

I have no clue I thought they would check it. So could it still be damaged, cleaned and still graded?
