That is a nice counterstamp on an GB penny, and fyi, it was minted in Heaton, England! Oh, and a very big from all of us here! I for one kinda like certain counterstamped coins, since they can add another human dimension and depending on the stamp, can actually increase value if the counterstamp can be traced to a particular person, business or location

The undertype penny is British; whether the counterstamp was applied in Australia, or elsewhere, is impossible to tell unless someone manages to trace exactly who "TCAR" might have been.If it was found in Australia, it was most likely created in Australia, since counterstamped pennies typically did not travel far from their point of origin.

Interesting Coin,if those letters are raised and aren't glued on it would have to be done in the Mint.

They're not raised, they're stamped in. The pale brown powdery deposit is only in the recessed areas.

Thank you very much guys for keep watching and thinking:-) TCAR is probably abreviation. I didn't find any related businesses even in GB after 1882 :-( More easy question: What is the grade of this Penny? VG?
Cheers

It is stamped and it's stamped very srtong, actually coin bended and it has a different wearing from obverse with Quenn Victoria and TCAR less then reverce, so in my opinion coin was in circulation for a while since it was counterstmped.
Thank you very much cheers
