1988 1 Cent Cracked Planchet

Khromtau Valued Member United States 328 Posts	Posted 03/29/2023 11:21 pm Planchet is not actually split, just the outer copper plating. Caused by the stress when the metal is being deformed under high pressures in the striking chamber. If you like it, then keep it, but otherwise just a spender. Report this Post to the Staff
