Khromtau Pillar of the Community United States 676 Posts	Posted 03/29/2023 11:21 pm Planchet is not actually split, just the outer copper plating. Caused by the stress when the metal is being deformed under high pressures in the striking chamber. If you like it, then keep it, but otherwise just a spender. Report this Post to the Staff

(Split plating) The Ridge Ring which isn't present on your coin has not happened yet. (Die event) Cost more to put it into a 2X2 than its worth. The knowledge of what it is, is what is important.
